James P. Frawley,84 of Toms River, New Jersey, formerly of Hoboken, a resident of Toms River from 1994. James was employed with the New York Times and Daily News and was a retired Pressman for more than fifty years. Survived by his loving wife of sixty-two years, Carmela (nee) Federico, his only son, Thomas J. Frawley and his wife Mary, two daughters, Deborah Andriano and her husband, Anthony, and Carmela Coppola and her husband, Theodore, a sister Carol Callahan, 9 endeared grandchildren, Theodore (TJ), Keri, Toni, Joseph, Kristin, Nicole, Thomas, Deidre and Brandon and nine great grandchildren. James was predeceased by a loving granddaughter, Dana Marie in 2006, three brothers, Clarence, Robert, and Richard, and two sisters, Joyce White and Helen.


A mass of Christian burial at St. Justin RC Church, Toms River, New Jersey on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, New Jersey. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 6th at the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River from 2pm – 4pm and 7pm – 9pm. Arrangements by: Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, in conjunction with Failla-McKnight Memorial Home in Hoboken. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the charity of your choice will be appreciated by the family.
